CCS/TCI6638K2K: Code coverage for Arm A15 in K2K

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

We are trying to run code coverage tool for A15 core on K2K board without success.

I read in the e2e posts that code coverage can be done only on simulators.

Is this correct? If yes how to get K2K simulator.

I tried to get ccs v5.5 which supports simulators but couldn't create ARM A15 project on that.

Please help.

Hi Ranjit,
Simulators are no longer supported. Hence we do not recommend you use them, even in older CCS versions that has them.

There may be a HW solution that can work for you. Are you using the EVM or is this a custom board? Also, what debug probe are you using with it?

hi ki,
This is a EVM board and we are using onboard JTAG based debugger.
