CCS: Windows10 64bit install error

Hi CCS team.

We try to install CCS7.1 on windows10 64bit OS system.

However, We can't install CCS7.1 SW IDE

Can you help me?

Hi Gerald,

It looks like your user id has non-ascii characters in it. Unfortunately, this creates problems for eclipse. Please create a new user, with admin privileges, log in as that user, and install CCS for all users. You should then be able to use CCS with your usual user name.
Please note, when applying updates, you will need to log in as that temporary admin user.

Note, the new user should have an ascii name like "newuser" or something.
