CCS/CODECOMPOSER: No updates found, What Available Software Sites Should I Have?

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am using CCS V7.0.0.00042 I know there are updates to CCS but when I click on check for updates, it says none found. 

The only available software sites are the CC32xx Device Support Updates, Code Generation Tools Updates, and the GCC ARM Compiler Tools Updates. 

What other available software sites should I have?

    The available software sites will vary depending on your installation.

    Mine looks like:

    However, this for an installation with EVERYTHING installed. So if you didn't enable the option for the blackhawk drivers in the install wizard, you would not see that site in your list. Same goes for C2000 device support if you didn't choose the option for C2000. You should have the "Code Composer Studio v7 Updates" site however. That is the big one. Do you see that in your list?
