Please first refer to the installation troubleshooting guide for suggestions:

Make sure you try disabling any antivirus/security software during the install.

If the above does not help, please provide the installation log files:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv6

During the insall

then  I open the CCS

I use all kinds of download version about ccs
