Hi All,

I decided I want a better debugging environment, where the source code for Energia is available in Code Composer Studio instead of just ending up only with assembly language. So I took the Energia project from the Git repository:

which I may not have updated for a few weeks, and just tried to import it into CCSv7.1. It didn't work, and because it said that I should contact support, I'm providing you with this report. I plan to go down a few directories and try again, because I was able to do an import of the runtime/core stuff a few days ago. Here is a screen shot of the error.

Upon closer inspection, it appears that the Energia source doesn't include anything other than the headers. So I need to look elsewhere for the TI-RTOS. I'm presently looking for information on how to get that source included so I can see Hwi source when I stop the debugger.

Rob,

Are you trying to import a sketch using the "Project --> Import Energia Sketch..." dialog? From the picture, it appears you are using the "Project --> Import CCS Project...".

Can you try using the Import Energia Sketch option instead and see if this works for you?

Thanks John,

What I wanted was to import all the source code for Energia and TI-RTOS, but thankfully I have something working right now, and don't think I'll have to modify TI-RTOS for my purposes.
