CCS/CCSTUDIO-SITARA: Error Getting PRU .bin file from ccs v7

Hi,

The CCS v6 works well for generating PRU .bin files. However, when I upgraded to CCSv7 the same project could not generate the PRU .bin files. Do I have to make any extra modifications to the CCSv7 configuration?

    Hello,

    The error occurs because the hex utility could not find the *.out file to convert. It is looking in C:/Users for the TIAGO.out file. I assume that is the wrong location to look and the wrong name for the *.out file. I can see that your user name has a white space in it. Hence many of your paths have a whitespace in it also. Sometimes a whitespace can cause issues. Were you using the same user name when using CCSv6?

    Or perhaps when using CCSv6, you had your workspace folder in a location without whitespaces in the path. Try using a new location for your workspace, one without whitespaces.
