CCS v4 for Windows 7

Hi, my customer is trying to install CCS v4 on WIndows 7, however, the installer says "incompatible OS" and refuses to install. Does anybody know how to get around?

    Q: Will CCSv4 support Windows 7?

    Windows 7 will be formally validated with 4.1 however people are using it today as it operates much the same as Vista.

    So, can you verify  the CCS version being used?
