I am using TMS320xx processor,i have JTAG emulator, my system has crashed,i have re-installed CCS3.1,but i cannot find ON-CHIP FLASH PROGRAMMER option in the tools menu. please let me know what to do...

For CCS 3.1, you will need to install the C2000 Flash Programmer Plug-in. If you have registered your installation of CCS 3.1, you can get it from Update Advisor ('Help->Update Advisor->Check for Updates).
