Hi Tanmay,
Can you explain what exactly you are looking for? Are you looking for some kind of ethernet based debug probe that will allow you to remote debug your target?

I am not aware of a out-of-the-box solution for MSP430. All the MSP430 FET probes I am aware of do not support this. Perhaps there is a 3rd party solution out there. The experts at the MSP forums would be more knowledgeable.

I did find this one thread below which mentions using an ethernet-to-USB box as a workaround. This may be an option for you:
