CCS: CCS installation failure on windows 10 64bit

Hi all,

I tried to updated CCSv7.1 to v7.2, but failed in the process. I am using windows 10 64bit. Please see the following image.

Can anyone suggest what to do? thanks

Hello,
An incremental update from 7.1.0 -> 7.2.0 should have not yet been posted. Did you try this via the update manager?

Hi Ki-Soo Lee,

Apparently I have to uninstall 7.1 then install the 7.2. If I update without uninstalling the 7.1, there will be a problem. Anyway, thanks for replying.

Firman,
Did you try installing a full 7.2.0 version over your existing 7.1.0 installation? That is not supported and can lead to problems like you found.
