CCS: mkhex4bin.exe update notes

My customer found the mkhex4bin.exe is updated after updating the CCS version. Do we have update notes to show the differentiation?

Hi John,

CCSv5.2, CCSv6.1, and CCSv7.0 are used.

Here is a link to the release notes for the cgxml package that this utility is part of. The package doesn't change very often.

software-dl.ti.com/.../readme.txt

I don't see many changes listed for this utility. Is there something specific that they are seeing?
