Installing ccs3.3 on Windows 7

I am trying to install ccs3.3 on windows 7 I am having errors in the installation process that I dont have the right privileges and in the installation of the drivers. What should I do??

You will need administrator access and may have to turn of UAC. See the below url:

It's for Vista but much of it also applies for Windows 7.
