Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,  were researching  programming solutions  for the c2000 family.

From a cost stand point  they range from  approx. 100 to 1000.  

For development and debugging will be using  Code composer in conjunction with sys bios.

Is there a recommended jtag programmer for the above usage case?

    Hi,

    Being a multi-core device, the F28377D can benefit from the speed improvements of both the XDS110 (TMDSEMU110-U) and XDS200 (TMDSEMU200-U) JTAG debug probes when compared to the low-cost XDS100v2.

    In CCSv7.2, the XDS200 is twice the speed of the XDS110 in flash programming (20kB/s versus 10kB/s) and is 30~50% faster in step and memory read/write. However, the XDS110 is a third of the price of the XDS200 (and 20% more expensive than the XDS100v2).

    Therefore these two (XDS110 and XDS200) are our recommended options for this family of devices.
