CCS: Installation error

Hey,

I tried installing ccs 7.2 using both the online installer and offline installer. During the initial check, i was asked to turn off antivirus. I turned off the auto protect and the firewall and ran the installation. During the jre 1.8.0.122 unzip phase (in the offline mode), the installer stops with an error. It says that i have turn off anti virus or the download may be corrupt. I have downloaded the installation files nearly 5 times and i always get the same error. I also have administrator rights and i delete the incomplete install files and the temporary files before running the installation again. I have also attached the installation error logs. Please help me out.

    There is an issue in our CCSv7.2.0 installer related to temporary folders on Windows. During the install we extract files into your temp directory. However this is failing if the temporary directory has spaces in the name. If you can change your TEMP and TMP environment variable to point to a directory without spaces such as C:\temp the installation will complete. You can change them back afterwards.

    We have a fix for this issue but it has not yet been deployed.
