hi,

I'm working with tms320f28377s.

I use 14 pin jtag connector.

EMU0 & EMU1 --> pullup

In CCS --> target configs --> connection properties --> EMU pins setup? ( disable hiz) or (enable high)

disable hiz is what i see in my settings. I will let others comment.

If you have pull-up on board for these pins then leave them in "disable hiz" state which should be default setting.
