CCS: failed to install required products

Hi all,

when I install TI products(window->preferences->code composer studio->products->intall...) in CCS 7 under ubuntu, I encountered a problem.

Do you have any hints to resolve this problem?

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.ti.cc2538,2.0.1.00
No repository found containing: binary,org.eclipse.platform.ide.executable.gtk.linux.x86_64,4.6.0.I20160606-1100

Hello,
Are you using the web installer or the off-line (big zip file) installer?

If you are using the former, can you try the off-line installer instead?
