Then, how to read or make sure "TI Emulators package version 6.0.14.5 or newer" ?
Is that some branch of CCS menu bar [Help] >> ? I have some candidates as follows...

What version of CCS are you using? The most recent version of the TI Emulators package should be 6.0.628.3. What happens if you run Help->Check for Updates? In any case, installing any of the 6.0.628.1 packages should be okay for the purposes of updating 110 firmware. Can you post a screen shot of your available software sites (example below).

I misunderstood what you meant by 'Reading "TI Emulators package version 6.0.14.5 or newer"'. Are you just trying to verify that the installed version is greater than 6.0.14.5? If so, than you can open Help->Install New Software and select the "What is already installed?" hyperlink. This will show you the installed version of TI Emulators.
