i am trying to connect xds110 with pc but get error -260 to me, but device manager show usb port .

command prompt show me unkown device version,serial number when send send xdsfdu -e command.

Can you specify your HW? If you use flash programmer 2, can it recognize your HW?

Can you send the information reported by xdsdfu -e ?

Also, is your XDS110 part of a Launchpad or the standalone pod?

xds110 is part of CC3220SF LAUNCHXL.

i get all information like serial number is unknow.

If you use uniflash to connect to CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL, can uniflash recognize your CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL?

No , i can not find it on uniflash.
I directly debug using ccs but problem is arrive.

Yes, it works fine with cc3200 launch pad.

If UNIFLASH cannot recognize it, I suspect this is about HW issue. I suggest you to ask for replacement from www.ti.com/.../faq-returns-and-refunds.page

After testing with my CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL , it looks like your CC3220 is in production mode. By default, the CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL is shipped in production mode which disables the jtag debug capability for security reasons. Please follow section 3.4 in Getting Started Guide and use Uniflash to set your CC3220 into development mode. Then, your CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL should allow jtag connection.

Thank you for reply.

I follow then step for connection cc3320sf launch pad but when i click on connect button then it not connect. it show me message as "Operation failed: Unhandled exception: XDS Power Off failure: 1". I set the sop connection as 010.

This same launch pad work OK with other computer.

yes, I see.
I select CC3220SF-LAUNCHXL fro list then click on start image creator .
Select new project and dives mode as develop mode.
then click on connect on next screen and get error.

In Windows OS, you can run an application using administrator privilege. I suggest you to run UNIFLASH uisng administrator privilege.
