CCS/CC2650: Resource Explorer Not Coming Up

Dear Support:

I just moved to CCS v7.2 from v7.1 and using CC265x and CC135x and cannot get Resource Explorer to come up - when I bring it up from the menu, it just spins and spins and never comes up with a view - waited over 30 minutes and still spinning....  It was working before with v7.1.  Do you know what may be the problem?  Please advise.

    Well never mind - it's working now. I don't know what happened but Resource Explorer is able to access the site to bring up the projects. Very strange, but looks like all is well now.

    Thanks for the update Tim. While the first time starting up Resource Explorer for a new version can be longer than usual - 30 minutes sounds way excessive. There are some known performance issues that we are working on however. Usually a restart will resolve it
