CCS/CC2650: Resource Explorer Not Coming Up

Dear Support:

I just moved to CCS v7.2 from v7.1 and using CC265x and CC135x and cannot get Resource Explorer to come up - when I bring it up from the menu, it just spins and spins and never comes up with a view - waited over 30 minutes and still spinning....  It was working before with v7.1.  Do you know what may be the problem?  Please advise.

    Well never mind - it's working now. I don't know what happened but Resource Explorer is able to access the site to bring up the projects. Very strange, but looks like all is well now.

  • Thanks for the update Tim. While the first time starting up Resource Explorer for a new version can be longer than usual - 30 minutes sounds way excessive. There are some known performance issues that we are working on however. Usually a restart will resolve it
