CCS: how to Select the ti_rtos_config project in Project Explorer

I see you are using a TI-RTOS project. All of those settings in the RTSC tab is related to TI-RTOS.

What is TI-RTOS?

How is it related to XDCTools and RTSC?

What are targets and platforms?
