I have downloaded the offline installer for CCS v7 on my new windows 10 PC. When I try to run it basically falls at the first hurdle. I've tried to disable all firewall settings but still get the error.

    Ross,

    Your install logs were not attached but I suspect you are hitting a known bug in our installers when there are spaces in the Windows temporary directory path (TEMP). During the install, we extract files to the TEMP directory but this step fails if the TEMP directory has spaces in the path.

    Please see this post for a workaround. 

    Let us know if this does not help resolve the issue.

    Yes this was what was wrong. Thanks. I added this temp option:

    --temp C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Temp
