CCS/TMS320F28335: Configuring CCS v5 with Matlab

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am using microcontoller C2000 TMS320F28335.I need to configure with matlab 2011b with CCS v5.But in xmaketools of matlab i didn't find the option called" Tool directories". i don't know how to configure without using "tool directories" option i followed one video for this in youtube (LINK -www.youtube.com/watch

This question is more specific to Simulink/MATLAB itself than CCS so it is best to contact Mathworks support directly for assistance

However there are some people on this forum who are quite knowledgeable with MATLAB (including a Mathworks representative) so I will leave your thread here in case they can comment on your issue.

Hi Praveen,

R2011b doens't support CCSv5, so that could be an issue.

Compatibility chart is in the wiki here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/MatLab_and_CCS

Probably need to update your MathWorks tools.

Thank you for your response. Sir could you help me to configure the CCS. Now i am using CCS v5 and Matlab 2016a. Could you tell the procedure. This is my project.I need to produce the pulses using F28335. But i don't have enough knowledge on this topic

At about minute 4, there is a mention of targetinstaller - using this should help you with the configuration...
