Hello, 

i have worked on TDC1000 & TDC7200 for level measurement. I done with it. but when i change tank it is not working even with TDC1000-TDC7200EVM GUI interface. Same sensor i used for plastic results exactly but for thick tanks its not working properly.

    Hi Kishore,

    This is most likely due to poor coupling between the trasnducer and the tank. Please reference the following application note for proper mounting instructions: www.ti.com/.../snaa266a.pdf

    Additionally, for very large tanks it may be a good idea to use a focus tube to help with the signal integrity and stabilize the level when tilted. This is just a tube with a small hole in the bottom that is attached inside the tank directly where the trasnducer is located on the outside.
