Hello ,

I can not install CCS 7.2 , I downloaded it may times and the same problem appears each time ,

the problem is as the follows :

my anti virus is deactivated.

Are you installing from the web installer or offline installer? Could you give the offline installer a try (available here) and if that also fails in the same manner, please zip up the /install_logs folder and attach it here.
