CCS/CCSTUDIO: An error occured when we setting up CCS3.3 in WINDOS 7（64bit）

As the title，An error occured when we setting up CCS3.3  in WINDOS 7（64bit）.

The Installer information is Error 1722, There is a prblem with this windos installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as excepted.Contact your support personnel or package vendor.

    CCS3.3 is officially not supported on Windows 7. Although users have got it to work on Win7, but there are a few things to watch out for.

    Please take a look at the below links for more information on this specific error and general usage with Windows 7 (a lot of them are similar to issues on Vista, so documents that refer to Vista also apply to Win7).
