    Hi Denny,
    The installer is failing when trying to install the blackhawk emulation drivers. Are you using a debug probe that requires the blackhawk driver installation? If not, then can you try reinstalling CCS in a clean new empty folder but without selecting the blackhawk drivers in the installation wizard?
