hi .i need code composer 4.10(old version).

    What device are you using? There were different versions of Code Composer 4.10 for different device families. Do you have an existing license and just lost the CD or are you new to using Code Composer?

    i am using divise SMJ320C31HFGM50 and  new to using Code Composer.

    For C31 you can purchase a Code Composer license from Spectrum Digital. I don't believe they list the software package separately on their site but they can sell it individually. They also sell a bundle that includes the MPSD compatible debug probe and the Code Composer license:

    I believe all of the debug probes for these devices used a Parallel Port so you will likely need an adapter.
