CCS: using XDS100 in order to identify OMAP uP without CCS

In one of our production tests we need to verify a JTAG connection to our OMAP4460 uP using XDS100 - is there a way of doing that without installing CCS ?

You can install the XDS Software Package separately from CCS by going to the following link:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../XDS_Emulation_Software_Package

If you prefer, you can also try to use another low level debugger such as OpenOCD which supports XDS100 Debug Probes.
