CCS/CCSTUDIO-C2000: Debugging two devices in single board and creating Target Configuration File for simultaneous debugging

I created the target configuration file as per the video. 

But my issue is, i have two projects opened in the CCS Project explorer and i created the target configuration file as per the video.

Then how can i relate the which project goes to which device?

Should i added same Target configuration file to two project?

Please apologize for the delay. 

When loading code to multiple devices or cores, you need to manually launch the target and take some additional steps to configure it to load the code from each project to each device.
