CCS: Get errors when I try to install offline Code Composer IDE

I have generated the following error logs over the past three hours:

I think I've been careful to turn off anti-virus, firewall, etc.

Please help!!!!

Please zip up the \ccsv7\install_logs folder within the CCS installation and attach it here for us to review.
