CCS/CODECOMPOSER: No repository found during update

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am having a recurring problem updating Code Composer Studio 6.1.3.00034.  The error message is:

Some sites could not be found. See the error log for more detail.
No repository found at downloads.ti.com/.../latest.
No repository found at http:/.../613_34_update_installer.
No repository found at software-dl.ti.com/.../latest.

Can you please provide the correct download URLs.  As I mentioned this is a recurring problem originally discussed in the thread "

"CCS 6.1.3 Problem Updating TI Emulators" from last July.  I found a wiki article discussing this with reference to an .xml file but this article has not been updated to point to a solution for 6.1.3.  At that time, the consensus was this was a redirection problem.  Sure would like to find a permanent fix so I don't have to bother you for URLs with each update.
