Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am unable to import the patch Codec Engine 3 23 00 07 into CCS V7. I get the below error:

Error: Import failed for project 'ti.sdo.edma3.rm' because its meta-data cannot be interpreted. Please contact support.

Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

Hi,

Which project are you trying to import? Codec Engine is a very old SW package and, if I recall correctly, it does not have any CCS projects in it - instead it was designed to be built from the Linux command line interface.

One detail is that this version not mention support for 6657 devices - are you sure that is what you need?
