CCS/tm4c129encpdt: How to install older XDCtools?

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm trying to build and test some TI-RTOS examples. I have C:\ti\xdctools_3_50_02_20_core but the build barfs (to use the correct technical terminology) with that version.

I am using Code Composer Studio Version: 7.2.0.00013 and tirtos_tivac_2_16_01_14, which (I believe) are the latest of both.

Based on other posts here on e2e I've determined that the magical version of XDCtools that should work correctly, both for builds and for graphical configuration in CCSv7, is XDCtools 3.32.0. Assuming that is correct...

How do I obtain this older version? I searched through Resource Explorer, CCS App Center, ti.com (where searching appears broken right now) and the TI wiki. Nothing.

In addition to a link to XDCtools 3.32.0, where is the proper place to look for this sort of thing in the future?
