CCS/TMS320C6657: CCS cannot install XDAIS v7.24.0.04

I am working on a project that requires XDAIS v7.24.0.04. I had to re-install my CCS v6.1.2 and the package was removed along with other products. I successfully installed all other packages but I am having problems installing XDAIS v7.24.0.04.

I downloaded XDAIS v7.24.0.04 and XDAIS v7.23.0.06 and followed the same procedure for unpacking/installing them. CCS recognizes XDAIS v7.23.0.06 but not XDAIS v7.24.0.04:
