i have designed one PCB which has CC2640R2F MCU on it, Can I program my MCU using TMS,TCK,TDO,TDI pins given on Lanchpad CC2640R2.

Please help me with this.

Smriti,

I connected my CC2650 to my CC2640R2F launchpad using the four pins above and I was able to connect to it. However, I couldn't flash any applications unless I also connected the RESET line - an important detail to allow the flash loader to properly keep the device under control before trying to perform the flash operation.

Another detail to properly allow communications between the two devices is a proper GND.

Hi Desouza,

I have connected all the pins properly still it's showing me the error.

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -242 @ 0x0)
A router subpath could not be accessed.
The board configuration file is probably incorrect.
(Emulation package 6.0.576.0)
