CCS/AWR1642: CCS fail to launch

Hi,

I installed the ccs7.3 as per guide completely, but fail to launch the ccs

    Please provide more details as to what is happening.

    - Does it pop up any sort of error message? Does it start to launch and then close down soon after?
    - Does it come up to the point of prompting for a workspace? If so, have you tried specifying a different workspace directory?
    - Were there any errors reported during installation
    - Which Operating System are you running?

    i installed completely on ubunt14.04 64-bit. when try to launch by double click to shortcut created on Desktop , it will up the ccs for few seconds and goes!!!

    as well as tried to launch from command line:

    its throw following error:

    I believe you are impacted by the known issue described here.
