For tms320f283xx and tms570ls0714 : when I was trying to debug ,first I launch selected configuration,and it work correct, when "contact target" ccs error "unable to halt device,Reset the device,and retry the operation.If error persists, confirm configuration,power-clcle the board,and/or try more reliable JTAG settings. Emulator:xds200.

Hello,
The title of this thread is misleading since it is unrelated to licensing. This is a JTAG connectivity issue

Please run the JTAG connectivity test and post the results here:
dev.ti.com/.../

Also provide the full CCS version number.
