CCS: building code composer studio project from Windows PowerShell

I did not carefully read your screenshot. I see that you did resolve your first issue. Your second issue is because you are trying to run the command as if you were in a DOS shell and you cannot do that with PowerShell.

I did something like:
Start-Process -FilePath C:\ti\ccsv7\eclipse\eclipsec.exe -ArgumentList "-noSplash -data C:\path\to\workspace -application com.ti.ccstudio.apps.projectBuild -ccs.projects Project1"

Not sure if this is the best way as I am hardly an advanced user of PowerShell. But it worked for me
