In my new project we are using cc3200, cc2650/cc2640 and cc1350. Suggest me a common debugger that I can purchase.

If you are looking for a standalone debug probe, these families are very well covered by the XDS110 (TMDSEMU110-U) and the XDS200 (TMDSEMU200-U). The main difference between them is performance - details at:
