Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello

I have met following problem in version 7.2 in Mac OS X High Sierra. After normal usage all menu except "Code Composer Studio" in the top toolbar became disabled(greyed out). I have deleted 7.2 and installed 7.3 from scratch. But it didn't help. Any suggestion?
