Customer is having problems running Uniflash 4.2.1 on 32-bit Windows PC. Any ideas besides updating Windows?

Mark,

What version of Windows are they running? Win10, Win7, XP....
Are they getting a particular error message?

UniFlash is 64bit only for Linux and Mac but for Windows what we are shipping is actually a 32bit application.

Hi John,

I had the customer reinstall Uniflash and that resolved the issue.
