CCS/CC2650: No source available when debugging ContikiOS

Hi,

I've been trying to debug the simplest ContikiOS hello-world project in CCS. I've successfully built elf file and 'file' command told me

hello-world.elf: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, EABI5 version 1 (SYSV), statically linked, with debug_info, not stripped

I launch the debugger according to http://software-dl.ti.com/ccs/esd/documents/users_guide/sdto_ccs_debug-handbook.html#manual-launch Still the CCS debugger complains about `No source available for "0x10003982"'. Why?

Turned out to be CFLAGS += -g

Nope. Although debugger can be launched with source code, I still can't do anything cause the program will loop in somewhere like 0x10003568 infinitely just several steps after boot. The same code works perfectly when debugger is not connected.
Anyway I gave up. But if anyone know how to fix it please post it below.
