CCS: Projects Deleted from CCS

Hi,

My name is Justin, and I know that the website was updated this morning because I tried to log in and access my projects on CCS, and I got a message which said the website is being updated. However, now all the projects I had previously worked on and saved are all gone. Is there a way to get them back? I am using them for school, so if you could please help me as soon as possible, that would be great

Hi Justin,
I assume you are referring to your projects on CCS Cloud (dev.ti.com), correct?

It was likely caused by an issue we had with our servers yesterday morning. We are working on retrieving your projects and will let you know when the retrieval is complete.

We were able to recover the last backup of your workspace before the issue occurred. Please log into your account on dev.ti.com and see if the missing projects are now available. Situations like this should not occur and we are taking steps to ensure that this will not happen again.
