Unable to install 7.3 due to eclipse install error, see log ref 63391

I have older installation 7.1 and 7.2

Are you using the offline or web/online installer ( http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS#Download_the_latest_CCS )? If you are using online installer, my first suggestion would be to try the offline installer. Be sure to completely delete the previous installation directory before attempting another install to the same location.

If the offline installer also fails, please attach (not copy/paste) the log file referenced in the error message. Also zip up and attach the \ccsv7\install_logs folder.
You can attach files using the "Insert File" icon in the Reply box.

I removed 7.1 and 7.2 and tried again, it seems to install correctly with 7.3.
