CCS/CC2640: Cannot install ARM compiler 5.2.6

hi KI,

I was able to install MSVC. ccs started working but it's not installing any new software like i wanted to install arm compilet tool 5.2.6 but it's not installing.

Please provide more details on the issues you see and what steps you are taking to try to install the compiler

hi Ki,

I tried installing arm compiler version 5.2.6. it showed me error that it could not install it and see log for details.

This issue looks related to your other post and nothing to do with an ARM compiler install issue.

You mentioned that CCS is now working so I assume this an old screenshot?

I'm am a little confused as the screenshot shows failure of the MSVC redist installation. I thought this issue was resolved.

In any case, if you are having issues getting the 5.2.6 compiler via update from CCS, please start a private conversation with me. I can provide an alternate way to download and install it.
