Help needed on f2812 driver.

Hi all..!!

I am using eZdsp F2812 board as my target.I cannot able to connect it.the driver which i am using is sdconfig v3.3 and ccs version 3.3.

I cannot able to find the name of my target board in the driver.

Can any one help me by telling me that m i using right driver or not..??

If not..

Which driver i have to install? and from where..?

Atiq,

Which emulator are you using - one of the Spectrum Digital ones like XDS510USB or PP+? If so, you need to install the SD drivers into your CCS 3.3 installation directory. The drivers can be downloaded from their web site: http://support.spectrumdigital.com/ccs33/

Then when you bring up the Setup CCS program, you should be able to select the appropriate F2812/Emulator combination under "Available Factory Boards".

Hie Aarti.

Can you help me to connect my target board with out using external JTAG emulator.

I have installed SDconfig and ccs v3.3. In H/W i have eZdsp board , power supply , printer cable.

Now please tell me what should i do. how can i detect my target board.

Hi Lori,

Thanks, i have gone through the page, this page shows the ccs v2 but i am using ccs v3.3 will it work with my hardware..??or i have to install ccs v2.?

Atiq,

CCS 3.3 will work with F2812 eZdsp. First make sure you have downloaded and installed the Spectrum Digital drivers for CCS 3.3 from their web site, using the link I sent earlier. Then you should be able to follow the CCS Setup steps similar to what is described in the F2812 Quick Start Guide.

I have installed driver earlier but i was unable to configure it.

Now i have done it.My target board is detected.
