Part Number: CCSTUDIO
Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
Have been running CCSv7.2 - would like to upgrade to 7.3... Our dev platform of choice is MacOS.
What is Best Practice for this upgrade?
I don't see that any of the update options actually update 'core' CCS itself. Is this correct?
So, renamed the 7.2 directory, and simply installed new version, pointing it to my existing workspace_v7 directory. But now can't see any projects in it. ( <- Correction on this: My error! The installer referred to workspace in the default location; I had moved mine to another directory. Important to acknowledge my mistake. )
(So this is no longer a relevant question): Is this expected behavior? Will I have to 'restore' project work to the workspace?
But is the 'update CCS' process intended to be one of complete overwrite/replace?
