C/C++ Build Settings Windowed Malformed

I have been using CCSv4 in Vista for a few months and recently was switched to a windows 7 machine. I installed CCSv4 to C:\TexasInstruments (not program files to avoid the UAC complaints) and was able to update and open my existing workspace. However, when I try to configure build settings, the window is malformed and they cannot be set. Once or twice the proper settings appeared after what seems like an arbitrary time period. A screenshot of the build settings window is attached. This occurs in both projects from the existing workspace and brand new projects made in this current install.

Has anyone else run into this, or is there any more debug information I can gather?

Sorry I missed that one in the FAQ. I got the demonstrated work arounds to display the Tool Settings tab, though Build Settings, Steps, and a few others don't have handles to drag around. I think I can manually edit the build files enough to work around those though. Thanks for the help.

Do you know if TI is working on any kind of long term fix for this?

We will have a fix for it in a future service patch for CCS.
