CCS: CCS7.3.0.00019_win32 Install issue

I got CCS v7 installation problem with the new Win10 laptop, the progress got stuck here forever. Didn't see this on co-worker's same model laptop.

Also tried the offline version, still the same.

Did anyone see similar problems?

Those two zip files appear to contain empty folders. Are there any files in the folders on your CCS installation?

Our installer expert analyzed the logs and it appears that the download is corrupt. Instead of using the web installer, can you download the full off-line zip installer and install CCS using that? And please install CCS into a clean, empty new folder.

Thanks, Ki-Soo. I rebooted, deleted the whole CCS7 directory, and reinstalled using the offline version. And, it worked! Thanks for help. Erik
