CCS/CCSTUDIO: Upgrade from CCS 7.20 to 7.3.0 failed on Linux

I am attempting to upgrade CCS 7.2.0 to 7.3.0 but it has failed. 

Here are a few screen shots:

This is my version of Linux:

$ lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.

This is my glibc version:

Am I running into a file permissions issue here?

Should I grab the offline installer and reinstall?

    Hello,
    We were having issues with the 7.2 -> 7.3 update so we deactivated it... or at least we thought so.

    If you want to use 7.3.0, you will have to do a full install to a new directory from scratch. Sorry for the inconvenience
